ReelPlus enables Shopify merchants to seamlessly integrate TikTok and Instagram Reels, Stories, and other user-generated content (UGC) as shoppable video widgets across their online stores. With just a few clicks, social media videos can be transformed into interactive shopping experiences—presented as carousels, stories, grids, add-to-cart popups, and more. E-commerce merchants increasingly relied on social platforms like TikTok and Instagram to drive engagement and brand awareness, but they struggled to bring this content seamlessly into their Shopify storefronts. Existing solutions were either too complex, required technical skills, or relied on slow third-party embeds. At the same time, merchants were concerned that adding video content would negatively affect site performance. Even small delays in page loading could harm the user experience, reduce engagement, and decrease conversion rates, making it difficult for merchants to leverage their most engaging media assets effectively.

ReelPlus was designed as a performance-first Shopify app that transforms TikTok and Instagram videos into fully shoppable experiences without compromising site speed. By creating an intuitive one-click integration, the app allows merchants to import social media content directly into their stores and display it through flexible widget layouts, such as carousels, grids, popups, and story-style players. Built-in optimization ensures that videos load quickly and responsively across all devices, while embedded analytics track user engagement, clicks, and conversions.
