In addition to my management expertise, I have also gained experience in startup environments and UI/UX design. I co-founded a technology startup where I oversaw the development of our product from ideation to launch. Moreover, I have a strong background in UI/UX design and have worked on multiple projects where I was responsible for designing and developing user interfaces.
